Graphite Braid Packing - Type GR191
Characteristics
| Self-lubricating braid composed of pure expanded graphite plus carbon fiber on the corners. The braid is designed to be used specifically to eliminate flushing water and to exclude leaks in most applications. The reinforcement in carbon fiber on the corners guarantees the integrity of its structure and allows a quick and easy removal during maintenance, thus reducing system downtime. |
Applications
| The braid is an excellent gasket whose exclusive construction allows it to be used on pumps and valves of the entire system. Suitable for power plants, paper mills, refineries and chemical plants. |
